Moncrief Army Community Hospital's Family Health Center (FHC) is one of two primary care systems for the hospital. The FHC focuses on acute intervention, wellness, and health prevention for 24,000 health care beneficiaries who have selected TRICARE Prime.

The FHC has a diverse health care team, the team consists of pediatricians, family practice physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants who provide care to over 300 patients per day.

Hours:

The hours of the FHC are from 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. There are no walk-in appointments. You may call (803) 751-CARE between 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to schedule an appointment. If you need to have a prescription refilled, you may call (803) 751-5757. Please allow up to three working days for a health care provider to review your medical record. This review will allow the health care provider to determine if you need to be reevaluated prior to having the prescription refilled.
